I bought a Roku express, started setting up the device and after i selected de language. It stopped working, de device stopped reading the remote’s commands. After that I pushed the reset button at the back and now Roku express doesn’t respond to the remote commands. I know it is receiving the information because the light blinks when I press a button but Roku stays frozen.
It’s the second time it happens firsts device I thought it was a one timer but is the exact same issue. No factory reset or any type of reset makes it respond to the remote. It’s like the antenna has been burned. What should I do to fix it. I haven’t even been abled to watch any of Roku’s programs or features. Should I buy a third Roku? Is my tv burning the devices? Why doesn’t it respond after I reset the device?
