Only 2 yrs and 2 months old.
I've tried the troubleshooting ideas, but nothing works. Does this device break down this soon and I have to get a new one?
It could be the power source. Try using a USB power adapter/charger from a phone or tablet that can supply at least 1 Amp (1000mA). You might want to also try a different USB cable.
TY for the reply and possible solution renojim. I tried it and that didn't work. I'll probably buy another device.
Have you tried plugging into another TV to see if there is an issue with that TV?
