Just to clarify some things.
If your device is under 30 days, you qualify for refund. If over 30 days, but under 1 year, you should qualify for warranty replacement from Roku. (not Best Buy).
Additionally, you do not need a receipt. Just follow the instructions in the support article https://support.roku.com/article/208757058 for the step-by-step policy. You will basically go to https://support.roku.com/ and specify if you bought from Roku or another retailer (ie. Best Buy). Your Roku account will be able to determine if eligible for replacement.
I believe the user is responsible for paying shipping of the device after you are issued a RMA (return authorization) so you may need to consider if worth replacing through warranty or just cutting losses and purchase another device yourself.
Since you have other devices, this may be worth doing the replacement if it qualifies. If you need a quick replacement, this may not be the best route, but at least you have the option.
If the device is very new Best Buy return policy is 15 days (standard/non-member) and 60 days (member). https://www.bestbuy.com/site/help-topics/return-exchange-policy/pcmcat260800050014.c?id=pcmcat260800...
After that period, you would likely need to go through Roku warranty.
