Roku setup

My ROKU Express has stopped working after 3 weeks. I have done everything the troubleshooting guide suggests with no luck. I would like a replacement or to speak to a human. There is nothing wrong with my wireless because my ROKU+ works fine. The streaming box is on because the light appears. When trying to power on the remote the light on the streaming box flashes but nothing but antenna tv appears.

If you're seeing antenna TV then it sounds like you have to switch your TV's input to the one that the Express is connected to (e.g., HDMI1).
