Roku setup

I’ve had 3 different ROCU’s just start bouncing but won’t go home. You can see a flick like it’s trying to. We did the reset & nothing. We left it for a few hours &. I looked & it was doing like a new set up. I touched English & it went back to bouncing. This is a pretty new ROCU but I don’t have the packaging like the last one to take it back to Walmart. I know this is a cheaper ROCU but with all the issues I certainly don’t want to buy a more expensive one. .

Thank you for your first post here in the Roku Community!

We understand your Roku device is stuck on the bouncing Roku section. We're happy to investigate further. How are you powering your Roku device? Is it directly plugged into the wall outlet or to a power strip?

In the meantime, we recommend unplugging/powering down your wireless router and then booting your Roku device up to see if you get past the bouncing Roku logo. If so, try then plugging back up your wireless network. Make sure to troubleshoot in this order, and then let us know if there's any difference afterward.
