Roku setup

show in background, won't change and home screen is overlaid on top of it.  I have tried to delete history, didn't work. Last night I shut off TV with Bull on. Today Bull is still playing, the Home screen is layered over the top of it. aka Double image.  Tried search to clear history, did not work. HELP someone, I am not a tecky person.
