My Roku is dead, no power

This roku isn't powering up, all batteries updated, using HDMI connection on Phillips TV.  Help...!

Depending on the Roku model, try replacing the power adapter (the part that plugs into wall) and the power cable (the USB cable that runs from the device into the power adapter).
