My Roku has been stuck on the “Updating Software” screen for 3 days
I have the Roku device that you connect to the tv. I’m not sure what model it is. Sometimes I’ll fall asleep with my tv on. One morning, I woke with a pop up screen that says “Updating Software” with the progress at 93%. I cannot exit out or anything so I waited for it to finish updating. It never moved. I’ll leave it on for a day…nothing. I’ve tried unplugging the device from my tv and unplugging the tv from the wall , still nothing. I’m not sure what else I need to do to fix this.
