Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and we'll help you further with this. Let's try to perform a system restart to allow your Roku device to clear the cache. Kindly navigate to Settings > System > Power (skip if no sub-menu) > System Restart. After this, kindly check to see if you still observe the same issue or if there are any improvements.
