Thanks for sharing with us your concern regarding the MAX app that requires you to sign-in each time whenever you try to access the app. We'd like to inform you that this issue is under investigation, and we'd like to encourage your cooperation to help us develop a resolution.

To assist us in investigating this issue, can you please provide the details below:

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
  • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
  • Channel build version (This can be found by selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button).
  • Photo or video referring to the issue.

With more details, our team can review and work on the issue further.

MAX app stopped working after about 2 months

The MAX is suddenly asking for a login and/or provider.  I have the MAX app purchased thru the ROKU store,   Still have 4 months left on promo sub per my ROKU account.  What provider do I specify?  What username/password?

Your account is with Roku, not MAX, and linked to your Roku account.  Shouldn't have to log in at all, since the Roku knows who you are.

Are you accessing MAX through The Roku Channel?
