I have a new Roku express. It won't let me put in my email to create an account.
I have a new Roku express. It won't let me put in my email to create an account. The screen locks up and I can't click on the star for help. I've started over thinking it will reset and it does the same thing over and over. I can't get ANY customer support or phone number to call. I'm about ready to take this thing back. What is wrong?
For clarification, do you have an existing Roku account or you are typing in your email to activate your device and create an account? Do you receive an error code or message? Please let us know. We'd like to know more about how we can help.
