I tried plugging it into the wall and it did the same thing. I will try and switch to hotspot and I’ll let you know if it works.

I cannot choose or change the wifi as it is stuck on the screen. I tried plugging into the wall and it won’t even get to the pick a language screen. It just plays the jumpy Roku screen thing…

Hello! @Senjaa,

Thanks for the post,

  • What Roku device are you using right now? 
  • Is this the first time you set up/activated this Roku TV/device?

In the meantime, If you cannot control your Roku device or it is completely unresponsive, you can perform a factory reset using the physical Reset button on the device.

Once you locate the Reset button and your Roku device is powered on, press and hold the button firmly for about 10 seconds. When the factory reset is complete, an indicator light or status LED will blink rapidly on most Roku devices.

After a successful factory reset, your Roku device will restart in the same state as a factory-new device.
