You have to do a factory reset to get a link code. If you have access to the menu:
settings> system> advanced system settings> factory reset
I already did factory reset but it still won’t give me my link code. I’ve been trying for 2 days. I really want to activate my tv but it won't give me the link code. please help
be_li-da, when you performed the factory reset your TV should have started over with asking you for your language preference. Did that happen?
yes it did! the tv wont allow me to sign in either i don’t know if that can be a reason or an effect of not linking it

be_li-da, we need more details on exactly what's happening. Once you factory reset a Roku it restarts and displays the "Select your language" screen. After that it should try to connect to your network and then it should try to link to your Roku account. How far in the process did you get? Were there any error messages? What screen is displaying right now?
