Thanks for reaching out to us regarding on setting up your Roku streaming device. Firstly, please be aware that you can only use one of the Roku devices you've mentioned to connect to your Sony TV because they have the same operating system and certainly work the same. The only difference they have is one doesn't have a built-in speaker.
