New Express 4k stick to replace old device. This new device has reset itself 3 times over a couple months. Had to setup and register the device 3 times already. No idea why this continues to happen.

How are you powering the Roku device? Is the device plugged into the TV USB port or is it plugged into a wall outlet?

Please provide here the serial number of the affected Roku device. This can be found in the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > About. We'll be able to further assist you from there.
