I am getting the same issue. I have hooked up 5 - 4K sticks on other TVs
light is white on stick. Stick seems warm.

We just bought the stick tonight and experiencing the same exact problem. Tried it on 2 different TVs and same error message - 022 wireless receiver not detected. Is it defective?

Have you made sure to connect the Advanced Wireless Receiver that came inside the package (it should be a labelled cable)? If the cable is connected, have you made sure the connections are firm and stable?
If you are still unable to resolve the issue, can you please provide the serial number of your Roku device from Settings>System>About? I'll be able to assist you further from there.

Did you get any answer on this? I contacted support and they said my internet isn’t strong enough but I’d not got to the stage of setting up a connection, I’m lost, got the roku stick yesterday
I got the solution. The solution is to return it and get a new one because Roku does not do anything to help. Thanks Roku 👍
