I am on Roku 3600X - Roku Stick

I have restarted the Roku Stick. I have done a Factory reset also. But the issue persists.

How do I fix this issue?

Are these channels you are developing? If so, you've posted to a forum for Roku users, where few, if any, will be able to help.
