I just purchased, activated and linked a Express HD tied to a new account. The account has a PIN set.When I go to enable guest mode on a laptop, the wheel just spins and spins. If I try to enable guest mode from the Roku itself, it indicates a PIN is needed, but never lets me put it in. I've conducted a factory reset, changed my PIN, etc. What am I missing here???

Same here. I called support 11/27/22 & after a frustrating phone call where the support person could barely speak English & had no clue what I was talking about, I hung up & called back. I was then told that they are aware of the problem & are working on it.
What is the solution for this. They still cannot find the issue why is it happening.
