Disney+ email and can't setup device

I have several problems. One is ridiculous email on Disney + screen which Disney can’t fix must go through Roku. One is bedroom stick that I can’t setup.

Can you please clarify the issues you are having?

For the Disney+ channel issue, can you please provide a screenshot of what you are seeing on the channel? Have you already tried logging out of the Disney+ account and logging back in with your channel credentials?

In regards to setting up the Roku device, what exactly is the issue you are experiencing during setup?

With more detailed information, we will be able to assist you further.
