Defective 4K Remote That Keeps Having To Be Reset

We updated to the Roku 4K Streaming Stick and it has been nothing, but a big fat headache!!!! 
 

We have a 4K TV and it worked better with the regular Roku!

We’ve only had it a year and we followed all the troubleshooting instructions. The last part was to buy a new remote.

What a money making scam!! We also tried the Roku remote app and it only worked for a day. It’s $3.99 per week!
