You may try to restart the activation process, by doing a factory reset to your Roku. This will allow you to start over with the activation and see if you can proceed with the following steps afterward.
Here's how:
- Locate the reset button on the device
- Press and hold the reset button until you see the jumping Roku Logo
- You will be prompted to set up the device again, and you may follow the instructions here.
