Comes and goes after following prompts

Unplugged power from Roku and flat-screen and the HDMI cable. Put a new piece of furniture there for the TV. Everything was put back the same way. We do not have cable etc. Everything comes on fine until you try to watch or move from movie title to another. This error code screen pops up. Followed what it said 100 times. Same thing. After a couple minutes it goes away until you try and do something. It comes right back

What is the error message saying?  Can you post a screenshot? (use the little camera icon above the message box to upload a photo) or link to an image.
