Cant find subscribed channel on home screen. Ok on one tv, not the other.
I subscribed to BBC Select. The channel icon does not display on the home screen on one of the TVs, it does on the other. I've done a ROKU restart. This is not a general setup question. I've used Roku for over 10 years.

I am having exactly the same issue. I was experiencing problems with one app on one TV (youtube TV). I deleted and reinstalled the app on the offending roku/tv. App now works fine, but it does not appear on the home screen. It can only be accessed via voice command or thru the roku search function.

Yes, i have the same problem. And I HATE having to use the Roku never ending search function. What i really don't understand is why it's fine on one TV and not on another.

Re: Cant find subscribed channel on home screen. Ok on one tv, not the other.
There have been several reports of this happening. Some people have been able to get the missing icons to appear by toggling "App order" under Settings->Home Screen from Manual to Auto and back. Others have had to remove the app using the mobile app or one of the "secret" key sequences to display all installed apps. Reinstalling it from within "Streaming Store" on the device and not the website seems to get it to show up.
