In addition the the volume buttons on my Roku streaming stick+ 3810X series remote randomly working/not working, the metal USB piece on the USB power cable with long-range Wi-Fi receiver which plugs into the black outlet box has cracked off for some reason. It was under normal usage so please respond with how to process getting free replacement with free shipping. Thanks
