Roku setup

For whatever reason I can’t turn my Roku Soundbar on and off with Alexa. The Alexa app connects and recognizes it but when I ask to Alexa to turn it pod or on she acts like she did but doesn’t actually do it smh.

We understand that the Roku soundbar is giving you trouble because it won't switch off using the Alexa app. We're glad to help. What device are you using right now? (e.g., Roku Express, Roku Streambar, Roku TV)? What are the troubleshooting steps that you have taken so far?
