How do I troubleshoot a Roku device that is not working properly?
Hi everyone,
I'm having some issues with my Roku device and I was wondering if anyone could help me troubleshoot it. Lately, my Roku device has been acting up - it freezes frequently, the remote control is unresponsive at times, and some apps are not working properly. I've tried restarting the device, replacing the batteries in the remote, and even resetting the device to factory settings, but the problems persist. I'm not sure what else to do. Has anyone experienced similar issues with their Roku device? If so, what steps did you take to resolve them? Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
