Danny, Yes I went through the procedure using a pc to activate. The link worked ok going through to the end but while that was happening the roku reset by itself back to the first splash screen. It seems to be unstable now with numerous resets.
I do not know anything else to try with this unit, do you? DP

Are you powering the Roku device through a wall outlet, or are you using the TV USB port.
If you are still unable to resolve the issue of activating your device, please send me a PM (private message) with your Roku account email address, and include the serial number/device ID on the Roku device along with a summary of the issue you are experiencing. Please be advised that Roku Premier is only compatible with wireless b/g/n networks on the 2.4 GHz spectrum. Ensure that your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network for the device to connect to.
You can also try configuring your router and use wireless channels 1, 6, or 11 which are the preferred channels in North America. Each time you change the wireless channel, you will likely need to apply/save changes before you are prompted to restart the router.
