How can I get my activation link for my account to work I set up my account already but the account I created won’t link to my ruku

We would recommend trying to perform a factory reset on your Roku device. For more information about how to perform a factory reset, visit our Support page here: How do I factory reset my Roku® streaming device?

After you have finished activating your Roku device, make sure you link your device to your current Roku account.

not getting activation code in email, just a link

Did you click on the link?  Your Roku should automatically activate.  There is no code with that method.

I am sorry but the side of Roku Corp. and this is their customer service they have. One is better off sending smoke signals.

If anyone tries to charge you for support it's almost certainly a third party and probably a scammer.

I have the same problem.So far I have tried 3 times to activate via my present roku acct. I get the email link but no code appears on the screen. I have reset to factory settings twice with it not getting any further

i have two other roku so I know how to do this registration.

I even entered a different email and setup a second roku acct. with no different results.

what to do next? DP
