Trouble with my Roku and Max account
I am having the hardest time trying to figure out how to manage my max account. Max keeps telling me I have to do it through Roku and Roku keeps telling me I have to manage it through max. So I am running around in circles to try and figure this out. Back in September I had a boomerang plus which got cancelled and all of my information moved to max. I cannot manage my subscription through max or Roku. Has anyone else ran into this? I also am unable to talk to someone from Roku support. I need help because I am beyond over this.
