Question? Why do I get an error code every time I try logging in for the last 60 days on my iPhone. Am I the only one having this issue?

We will be more than delighted to assist you further with this issue that you had with the Roku mobile app. Have you tried uninstalling the Roku mobile app and then reinstalling it again? If not, we highly suggest so. In addition, you may also try to use a different smartphone to see if will make any difference.

There are posts here about this problem for almost a year now, but Roku never provides a solution. Unfortunately there seems to be no fix for iPhone that I’ve been able to find yet. I don’t know why Roku doesn’t seem to care about this problem.
Hi, tried uninstalling app and re installing. Results are still the same, still get an ERROR code. Also, I don't have the luxury of trying on another phone.
