It only recorded as image files

My Roku camera only records images, not videos. I have tried logging in and out for more than 30 seconds and restarting the Roku camera, but the problem continues. I want it to record videos when there is movement, not just images. It was working fine for around one month, but now it only records images. Please fix the problem.

We understand you're having trouble with your Roku camera since it will not record a video but only take a photo. We're happy to help you. Please be advised that if neither detection setting is enabled, the camera will not record events. You can change the detection settings for motion and sound in the app. You can change the zone detection, motion tagging, and sensitivity settings further to adjust when an event recording is triggered.
