Roku cameras (and SmartHome devices) are linked to a Roku account (an associated email address). If you have changed your email address (and linked your Roku camera to this email address thus creating a new Roku account), then the old Roku account and email address can no longer access your camera. (make sure you have not re-used the same password with this new email address).
