Hulu told me, that Roku and Hulu are have problems with letting customer log in. Is this correct?

No problem here on various Roku models.. I have Hulu, not Hulu with Live TV, ad free, bundled with Disney+ and ESPN+, subscribed directly with Hulu, not through Roku.
