No, the 3050 is too old. Google does not support YT Live on this old of a device. Many other channels also will not work on it. Roku stopped supporting this player several years ago, so it is not running the latest version of the Roku OS.
Now, if you have a different model Roku, you need to be more specific about the device you have. You can see the model number under Settings/System/About. Tell us the model number and we can be more specific in our replies.
