was there a change to roku playing IIS smooth streaming files?

the roku DP was playing all my files just fine since 2017, then recently they all stopped working.
they were encoded with sorenson squeeze before 2015 to IIS smooth streaming format And they all play just fine on the website...

Any reason why?
