My stream is working in the ROKU Developers Stream/RAF Tester but when I go to add the same feed url to Direct Publisher I receive and error - The feed url is https://app.viloud.tv/1/channel/50538c870f5eafa6c8384a1e9217763e.m3u8 I have also tested via VLC Player and https://www.hlstester.com/ ...

The url you posted is not for a feed file. It points to a video stream. Feed urls are either a .json or .xml file.

What would be a basic MYJSON structure to include this feed url

Please consult the Json feed file specification for info on how to construct the feed file.
