wirless password not showing up when setting up

have three units had to change the wife password now when we go in they will not show the password  have tired just doing it with out seeing it as i know what it is but will not connect can anyone help??

ALL I WANNA DO IT CONTACT SOMEONE TO HELP BUT IT SEEM NOT TO BE AN OPTION FOR THIS PRODUCT SO WILL TRASH ALL THREE UNITES AND MOVE TO ONE THAT DOES HAVE SOME TYPE OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT AS NONE HERE FOR SURE  I AM NOT A BLOGGER JOGGER WHAT EVER I JUST WANT HELP AND THIS HAS BEEN VERY DISAPPOINTING
