My roku is not playing any movie on any streaming app it shows the pictures of everything but once you hit play it plays the sound of the movie but not the video
I tried reseting it i also tried unplugging for 10 min nothing is fixing it
I've never come across that problem. You might find someone that knows what to do in the ROKU community forum. Hopefully, you've already found a fix for it.
