A simple question for creating a Roku channel. I understand that the development tools are able to use a standard URL address like:

http://mywebsite.com/test/my.first.image.jpg
or
http://mywebsite.com/test/my.first.video.mp4

But can the tools resolve a location such as:

http://202.85.75.32/test/my.first.image.jpg
or
http://202.85.75.32/test/my.first.video.mp4
