Hoping someone can help point us in the right direction. We have been battling with some odd errors with our channel that has been active for quite some time. Recently however, it has started generating errors that are preventing new episodes from being ingested. While we have resolved some of the other issues, one still remains that we can not figure out.
One episode (AOPA Live This Week - December 13, 2018) is generating the following error: "1 item has an error: Thumbnail must be 16x9 aspect ratio, at least 800w x 450h, and either in JPG or PNG format."
The odd thing is this episode was working fine a few days ago but since yesterday (Dec 20th), it now kicks the error above and is also preventing newer videos from being ingested.
I verified the thumbnail format (jpg), size (1920x1080) and aspect ratio (16:9) but for some reason, direct publisher still indicates the error. Other video episodes are working just fine and they have they all have the same size thumbnail as the episode that is kicking the error. I even tried re-generating a new thumbnail image last evening but the error persists today.
Below is a snipit of our json feed. The December 6th episode works fine but the December 13th episode is the one that generates the thumbnail error. The most recent episode (Director's Cut) will not ingest and I think that is related to the thumbnail error that the Dec 13th episode has.
This has been very frustrating few weeks and this appears to be the last hurdle. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
