Channel is suddenly blank for end users. Back end everything checks out. JSON validates. In Admin, Feed ingests successfully.
When users open the channel there are no videos, only a button for Search and Info.
Hi @genepensiero , this is an older bug in the new Roku OS.
You can find a lot of topics on this forum regarding this bug. The smart thing to do is to send in a support requests to Roku (partnersuccess@roku.com)

I've sent in a support request, but they aren't open today. Was just checking in to see if anyone else has this unusual and sudden issue.
While the forum has similar broken channel posts, they usually have to do with a failed JSON validation, incorrect cloud configuration or some error on the users end. Everything we've got is working properly on every streaming device except Roku.
Same thing is happening to me right now I'm going to contact roku support but let me know if they are able to fix it for you.
