I have clicks on my channel, and every single one of my videos are not there anymore. I simply cannot understand how a company can operate by having bugs that last for months and months and they do not even address the problems in a timely manner never mind informing the content creators of the issues. I have written to support and they have not gotten back to me as usual in a timely manner. I will have to keep on sending emails until someone finally contacted me in which case I get a non-answer. How is a company as big as Roku can operate like rank amateurs?
