I have a TCL Roku TV. I do not have a Roku device or stick. The TV is only 4 months old and this is the first time this message has appeared. Does this mean the TV is overheating? It is wall mounted and approximately a foot away from the wall when viewing. ?????

Please contact your TV's manufacturer directly to report this issue and request additional support. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
