I was excited about the update to Roku OS 10.5, having heard about the new surround sound options. But unfortunately, 10.5 also brings a simply terrible new star key menu, which we use constantly to access settings for sound, video, captioning, etc. The old menu used to tell you things immediately: you could see what audio and video settings were selected (e.g., sound leveling, screen darkness, sleep timer remaining) and changing those settings was a mere click or two away. The new menu is following the terrible design trend of hiding functionality, increasing the complexity and effort of completing any task, for the misguided goal of UI cleanliness. Please go back to the old, more functional "ugly" menu. This is causing me to suddenly hate my Roku TV, which I had been using happily for years. Am I alone?
