v3.1 Update?

I noticed some Roku's accessing RedBullTV channel with firmware 3.1, so I went and checked and there was an update avail. Can you please tell me what 3.1 gave us, what fixes did it put in place?

They haven't posted release notes yet (they usually do in the general discussion forum some time after the rollout starts), but the users are saying it fixes the video-crash-after-audio-channel bug that has been much discussed lately:
