roScreen based app performance drop
I have three applications that all of the sudden run like about 1/4 as fast after rebuilding them this week.
Has anyone else ran into a sudden performance drop very strange since in at least two of the cases
no code was changed but it didn't slow down until a rebuild from VS code???

Re: roScreen based app performance drop
Your test device may have updated to Roku OS 13.0 which has a major internal change in how roScreen applications are drawn compared to 12.5.

Re: roScreen based app performance drop
Thank you,
Both of my test devices have updated so that might explain it.
Although it didn't seem to materialize until I rebuilt the app as well.
I would have thought it would affect the previously installed version.
Was it intentionally or necessarily made to run slower?
