roChannelStore event not fired in OS 9.3,getting unknown error

1.Not getting response of GetUserData() ,getting unknown error with status code of -3

2.Not getting response of GetCatalog() , getting unknown error with status code of -3

The above 2 issues we are facing after OS got updated to 9.3.
