my app won't play videos due to "Video PlayBack Error: malformed data StreamURL:"

My app opens fine.

thumbnails are accurate.

But when attempting to open the videos on my app, the videos load to about 50% and goes back to the app's home screen.

I tested my RSS feed (via JW player) on Roku's stream tester and received the following error message: "Video PlayBack Error: malformed data StreamURL:"

What does this mean and how do I address this so the videos in my app load and play perfectly.

I went through all of it, and no answers. Is JW player not acceptable for roku?
