how long it takes before someone from ads be intouch with me

HI.

I sendt one weak ago a email to advertising@roku.com asking how can I include ads in my channel,

also I include the link of my channel: https://channelstore.roku.com/details/92304/canal-10

and no body answer yet. I will really appreciate if you can help me.
