I have been trying to access my customer's accounts today, but I am being signed out automatically just after login. I have tried on multiple browsers but the issue persists.

"Customer dashboard"? I've never seen that. I guess I need to get some customers.

Try https://partnersuccess.roku.com . You should get a response there, but I don't know how long it might take.
